Thank you for shopping with CelluFlow. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy before placing an order.
Shipping Locations
We currently deliver throughout South Africa.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:
• Major cities: 3 to 7 business days
• Regional and outlying areas: 5 to 10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you complete your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before completing your order. CelluFlow cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delivery
A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may attempt another delivery or contact you to arrange collection or redelivery, depending on their procedures.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@celluflow.co.za. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and its contents so we can investigate and assist you.
Delays
While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur. CelluFlow is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures or other events beyond our reasonable control.
