Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order.
CelluFlow reserves the right to decline or cancel any order, limit quantities purchased, refuse service where fraud or misuse is suspected, or cancel orders affected by pricing or technical errors. If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without prior notice. If a pricing error affects your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Payments
We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Your payment information is processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. CelluFlow does not store your complete payment card information. Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorised.
Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, high order volumes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these policies.
